Coaching for Juniors of all ages and for Adults is provided by Tom Cowan.

Coaching sessions for Juniors are held on Saturday morning, with younger age-groups from 11.00 - 12.00 (Under 14)
 and older age-group 12.00 - 1.00pm (Under- 16)

Tom will also be happy  to arrange ad-hoc one-to-one coaching sessions for Adults - please contact him at the above number.
